Yesterday I took a ride from Kawama station on the Tobu Noda Line. From there I used the Edogawa CR to Mizumoto Koen and pushed onward through Adachi Ku via Kan nana dori and route 4 up to the Arakawa. Dropped into Kawaguchi and took the Shibakawa CR and Minumadai You Sui Chi back home.
- Folks waiting for the bean bus at Kawama Station
- Brush Fires were abound yesterday. By the end of the day my clothes were covered in a sweet fireside scent.
- A bird in mid-flight in Mizumoto Koen
- Shibararejizo near Mizumoto Park- Visitors tie ropes around the jizo so their hopes and wishes might come true.
- Most of the Arakawa CR is paved, but here is a shot where it is a simple gravel trail.
- The Shibakawa CR in Kawaguchi is a great stretch but is too short.
- A great coffee shop on the Minuma dai in Saitama. They serve coffee and cake in addition to selling a selection of coffee beans that they roast upon purchase.
- One more shot of a brush fire. This one was on the Minuma dai route.
